Review: Hospital Discharge Package
I just want to share a quick note on the service rendered by BMEC. I have purchased the hospital bed, air mattress and compression stockings from her. The sales attendant has been very responsive and helpful in servicing my needs. Her communication and people skills are excellent. When my mum was hospitalized and ready to be discharge, we wanted to give the outmost care at home and I decided to get the hospital bed and air mattress. We spoke about the wants and needs of my mum and was quickly arranged for a product demo to see the key features and benefits, and right after hearing and seeing the product, I decided to purchase and asked to deliver to my address as soon as possible.
The delivery of the hospital bed and air mattress is a bit challenging because my mum’s room was on level 2, and I was amazed with BMEC transport team carrying the hospital bed slowly and gently. BMEC sales attendant gave us another demo session to our caregiver to understand the usage and be familiarize on the product.
Recently, we also ordered 2 more compression stockings from BMEC which we was also a pleasant experience with their nice and friendly staff. My mum is bedridden and has been using the products from BMEC for over a year. We are happy with the products thus far.
