Exchange & Return Policy

1. Exchanges

As specifications of all products are clearly stated on our site, if you wish to exchange your purchased item for another item, we will process all exchanges according to the following terms and conditions:

  • Price of original item more than price of replace item:
    • We will not refund the cost difference.
  • Price of original item less than price of replace item:
    • Customer will be required to top up the cost difference.
  • If delivery has been attempted:
    • To make up for the cost of back-and-forth delivery of products, customer will be required to pay an additional $30.

 

2. Returns & Refunds


Kindly note that all purchases from our store are considered as final, and no return/refund will be accepted after a purchase is made, with the exception of the following circumstances:

  • Damages and Issues with Product
    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Product Out of Stock
    • We will contact you directly and issue a full refund should a product be out of stock when the order was placed.

All giveaway items and Healing From Home gift cards are not subject to returns or refunds.
